The Western Isles Hospital's Physiotherapy Department seeks a skilled physiotherapist to join our Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team.

This team provides intermediate care services, focusing on restoring and maintaining individual independence.

The ideal candidate will work closely with people in their own homes or homely settings, facilitating short-term reablement programs.

This role includes shift patterns across 7 days, requiring a clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Estimated Salary: £41,041 - £50,051 per annum

37 hours/week, Permanent post

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Reablement Workers, Care and Support Supervisors, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.
