An exciting new position has arisen for a Band 7 Physiotherapist specializing in respiratory care to join a Somerset-based healthcare team. This predominantly remote role involves occasional community work in Bridgwater, Wells, and West Mendip areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, managing, and providing rehabilitation for patients with a range of respiratory conditions, utilizing a patient-centered approach to achieve optimal recovery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
1. Assessing and managing patients with respiratory conditions
2. Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs
3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
4. Providing education and support to patients and their families
5. Managing complex cases and ensuring adherence to treatment plans

Requirements
We are seeking a skilled respiratory physiotherapist with significant experience in this field, preferably at a Band 7 level. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience in delivering patient care in the community. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits are essential.
