Technical Account Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager and contribute to the success of Owen Daniels in the Aerospace industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, managing bids for new work, and creating professional responses to tenders and requests for proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and capture new sales opportunities.
- Manage bids for new work, including technical and business content, and make pricing recommendations.
- Create professional responses to tenders and requests for proposals, presentations, contracts, and other documentation.
- Lead and coordinate negotiations with customers.
- Work closely with Program Management and Customer Services to ensure effective handover from sales/business development to day-to-day running of the account.
- Develop and produce quarterly and annual sales/orders reports, key performance indicators, and communicate within the business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience selling technical products to aerospace customers.
- Well-versed working in a similar Business Development Manager role.
- Experience drafting bids/tenders.
- Service-driven ethic, enthusiastic, and curious.
