We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in travel sales.
Our New to Travel Programme is a fully paid six-month intensive training schedule that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.
As a member of our programme, you will work closely with our Learning and Development team to complete virtual classroom training and gain experience in a real-world environment.
You will be responsible for working with customers to understand their holiday requirements and providing expert advice on destinations and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Developing expertise in travel destinations and products
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's sales or target experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
