Job Description

The Programme Development Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering our commercial events programme, working closely with colleagues to explore new revenue streams and strengthening our financial sustainability and community engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate about event management and wants to make a real difference in their community. If you have excellent project management skills, are able to think creatively, and have a strong understanding of event marketing, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver our commercial events programme, working closely with colleagues to explore new revenue streams.
  • To manage commercial room hires, conferences, and events, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all commercial aspects of projects or events have been considered.
  • To create, manage, and develop a programme of commercial events that meets the needs of our target audiences.
  • To achieve commercial income, admission, and engagement targets through the development and delivery of commercial events.
