Senior Sales Associate

As a Senior Sales Associate at Coach, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm on the sales floor.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our luxury brand and its products;
  • Utilize Coach selling skills and Service training to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives;
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment;
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred;
  • Possess current knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business;

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable;
  • Knowledge of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet;
  • Ability to manoeuvre sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements;
