About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Burberry Limited. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Burberry Experience and provide outstanding customer service to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver personalized sales experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and visual standards to maintain a high-quality store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including floorsets, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining selling floor standards.
  • Support back-of-house activities, such as markdowns, inventory processes, and stock room maintenance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
