As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex technical issues, and providing proactive support to our clients. You will work closely with the Helpdesk team to ensure seamless delivery of services, leveraging your expertise in SQL and database management to drive results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Documenting all aspects of your work using the internal system
- Participating in functional and technical training
- Collaborating with 3rd party suppliers
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus fantastic benefits, including hybrid working, 4 days on/4 days off shift pattern, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
