Job Overview
The Delivery Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals in the Life Sciences, Renewables or Data & IT division. This role involves managing daily tasks, prioritizing assignments, and ensuring team members are working towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Delivery Executives to ensure they are working on the right roles for the business at any given time;
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide support/advice on individual career progression;
- Provide line management to designated Delivery Executives to prioritize assignments and work with them to achieve daily objectives;
- Complete floor walks through different time periods in the day to ensure team members are focused on core business activities;
- Oversee candidate searches on the company's database, job boards, and communities of interest;

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have strong communication skills. They will also need to be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
