Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carers in providing complex care packages within the community. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement care plans that meet individual client needs
* Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain care packages
* Provide training and support to carers on clinical skills and activities
* Work closely with the core team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:
* RGN with active NMC PIN
* Experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
* Effective leadership and management skills
* Full UK Driving Licence desirable
