Spa Therapist Job Description

We are a four-star adults-only hotel overlooking Fistral Beach, home to award-winning Fistral Spa as well as two-rosette Dune Restaurant. Our hotel caters exclusively for adults, and our award-winning bar list is the perfect accompaniment to the jaw-dropping ocean views.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the allocated time, and treating all clients with individual attention.
  • Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Promote and sell the services of the Spa and Salon, maximizing sales potential.
  • Work towards retail sales and retail % targets set.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to Spa checklists and health and safety standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining an effective stock control system in your treatment room.
  • Monitor the cost of product and correct usage of products in treatments.
  • Ensure treatment scheduling meets guest demands while maximizing revenue and trends are monitored and addressed.
  • Participate in on-going training programs/review audits.
  • Minimize and handle complaints professionally, in accordance with hotel policy.
  • Perform all other duties as required.
