Spa Therapist Job Description

We are a four-star adults-only hotel overlooking Fistral Beach, home to award-winning Fistral Spa as well as two-rosette Dune Restaurant. Our hotel caters exclusively for adults, offering a unique and luxurious experience.

Role & Responsibilities
  • To provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated, and by treating all clients with individual attention.
  • To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards.
  • To promote and sell the services of the Spa and Salon and maximize the potential of all sales.
  • To work towards retail sales and retail % targets set.
  • To ensure treatment rooms and all public areas are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards – maintaining the five-star level of cleanliness.
  • Responsible for maintaining an effective stock control system in your treatment room.
  • To monitor the cost of product and correct usage of the products in treatments.
  • To ensure that treatment scheduling meets the demands of the guest whilst maximizing revenue and trends are monitored and addressed.
  • To participate in on-going training programs/Review Audits.
  • To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy.
