Barchester Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to lead our Mental Health Unit. As a seasoned nursing professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting their well-being.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Nursing Services Director to join our team and take charge of our Mental Health Unit. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead a team of nurses and support staff to provide exceptional care and service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN).
- Experience in providing care for older people and those with dementia.
- An up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
