NHS Nursing Associate Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our Starfish Ward, a paediatric inpatient ward for 0-16 years. As a Nursing Associate, you will work independently under the leadership of Registered Nurses, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for patients of all ages and in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, working within the sphere of nursing and care, and within all aspects of the nursing process.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the fields of nursing.
- Contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients and service users, applying across all health and care settings.
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the NMC for the Nurse Associate role and have a strong understanding of the principles, values, and sense of service that created the NHS. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be part of a team that prioritises staff wellbeing and development.
