About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Hospice Nurse Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise in palliative care.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of education and training programs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Experience in palliative care or a related field.
  • Strong clinical leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
