Job Summary:

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Front of House Representative to support its business in the UK. This part-time position will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, including answering the main door and welcoming guests
  • Act as an initial point of reference for visitors and provide information on company policies and procedures
  • Manage the switchboard and answer incoming calls
  • Coordinate visitor pre-screening checks and manage local badging activations
  • Collect and sort local mail, including franking outgoing mail
  • Manage local conference and meeting rooms, as well as hotdesks and offices
  • Set up and shut down local coffee machines and manage local catering orders
  • Capture and record data, and coordinate the set-up of local meetings
  • Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas and manage local delivery services
  • Replenish local stock items and complete stationery orders
  • Support local parking arrangements and bookings, including EV points
  • Provide support to the site focal in other locally required duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with coordinating multiple requests simultaneously
  • Great attention to detail

Working Arrangements:

This position is part-time (15 hours) and does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

Clearance:

The successful candidate will be expected to undergo and obtain BPSS clearance.
