Trainee Paraplanner Opportunity in Wokingham

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Trainee Paraplanner in Wokingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To review and quality check Private Client fact finds to ensure the information provided allows for thorough fund and product research, in preparation of drafting the report.
  2. To develop and implement holistic financial planning advice for each client using the information provided to draft a recommendation report.
  3. To meet set individual targets for productivity and quality.
  4. To maintain accurate and up-to-date records on back office systems, ensuring documents are imported or scanned in a timely manner to support the recommendation.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  3. Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
  4. Practical knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments, wealth management, life assurance, tax matters, and corporate financial advice.
  5. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  6. Previous experience in an IFA firm is essential.
  7. Working towards Diploma Level 4.

Future Prospects:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete a full Diploma in Financial Planning and progress to a full Paraplanner role.
