Junior Paraplanner - Wokingham

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paraplanner to join their team in Wokingham. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning process and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of investment funds and financial products to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  2. Review and optimize asset allocation for investment and pension holdings.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate financial cashflow forecasts to demonstrate clients' current and future financial position.
  4. Prepare comprehensive financial plans, outlining clients' current situation, goals, and strategies for achieving them.
  5. Source and obtain relevant documentation, including applications, key features documents, and product comparison quotes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge through regular training and professional development.
  7. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services.
  • Strong technical financial knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
