The company we're recruiting for is expanding and requires an Insurance Claims Handler to work in their offices. As a member of the team, you'll receive excellent training and the opportunity to complete Insurance qualifications and grow your career.
Key responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining knowledge of Company products and claims licences, effectively managing claims from end-to-end, and providing excellent customer service. If you have customer service experience within the Insurance sector, claims handling or administrative experience, and a desire to grow your career within Insurance, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Insurance Claims Handler, you'll be responsible for managing claims from intimation to settlement, ensuring all records are kept up to date, and providing information to the Claims Team to proceed. You'll also be expected to consistently provide excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers.
Key skills and qualifications include customer service experience within the Insurance sector, claims handling or administrative experience, a Business (or similar) Degree (or equivalent), and good IT skills especially Microsoft Office.
