About the role

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team at Single Homeless Project. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective management of a high support accommodation service for single homeless individuals in Newham.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team, developing the skills and practice of others, and motivating and managing a quality service focused on achieving defined outcomes.

About you:

  • Proven track record and demonstrable expertise in the provision of supporting services to individuals who are faced with multiple disadvantages.
  • Experience of managing a team and developing the skills and practice of others.
  • Ability to plan, monitor and evaluate services to ensure they are responsive to the needs of clients and meet the purpose they have been commissioned for.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
