About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team on a permanent and part-time basis. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with toileting and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct regular checks and ensure the safety of the house.
  • Assist with light household tasks, such as ironing and cleaning, to maintain a comfortable and dignified living environment.
  • Support individuals to get ready for the day ahead and ensure their home is clean and tidy.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the health and well-being of the individuals we support.
