Canterbury Crew Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
* Resolve customer issues effectively, in a timely and positive manner.
* Process POS transactions efficiently and provide a positive experience for customers.
* Build loyalty and create 'Customers for Life' through opt-in at the POS.
* Delegate tasks to team members and demonstrate leadership skills.
* Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive commercial success.
* Ensure the store is set to visual guidelines, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
* Safeguard the business by ensuring full compliance of policy, procedure, loss prevention, and health & safety.
Competencies:
* Proven ability to lead a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
* Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
* Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work under own direction.
* Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment and quickly learn new tasks.
* Team player with a can-do attitude and great time management skills.
