Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, with the option to earn up to £11.90 per hour for weekend shifts. Our rates are highly competitive, reflecting the importance we place on valuing our employees' hard work and dedication.
Job Description
As a Home Care Support Worker at Sagecare, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with medication and carrying out practical tasks like shopping and housework.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and compassionate, and have the ability to build strong relationships with our clients. While prior experience in social care is not essential, we're looking for individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills within a supportive team environment.
