We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Direct Sales Team as a Field Sales Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

This role is responsible for pro-actively developing great relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers in Northern England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

You'll be accountable for maintaining strong engagement with retailers and leasing companies, delivering annual sales and order targets through agreed market channels.

Reporting into the Fleet Manager, you will be part of a team working directly with our corporate customers to build lasting relationships that drive sales and loyalty ambitions.

This field-based role requires confidence and presence to influence both new and existing customers.

It's essential to be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly at all levels across both the Volkswagen Group and our customers.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
