The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Procurement Specialist to join our team and support us through this period of rapid growth. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
  • Driving high performance of the entire supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Processing purchase requests and placing purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring compliance with established procedures and local laws.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers regarding purchase order commitments and driving on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Obtaining quotations from existing and new potential suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions, and transforming purchase requests to purchase orders.
  • Maintaining master data on systems and in other locations, creating new part numbers, and analyzing and resolving invoice queries with suppliers.
The Person

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a related qualification such as CIPS being advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with major ERP systems is desirable.
  • Able to work autonomously on processes with agreed service levels, with a service and solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems effectively.
