Culinary Services Manager Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Services Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Wokingham, Berkshire. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service, including menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
Developing and implementing menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen

Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role or as a senior chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
