Contract Manager - Flat Roofing and Industrial Cladding

Portsmouth

Salary up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a respected Roofing Contractor based near Portsmouth who is searching for a Contracts Manager with Flat Roofing or Industrial Cladding experience to join the business.

They have been operating for over 10 years and have built a trusted business offering flat and cladding roofing services with project values ranging from £30K to £500K.

They require a Contracts Manager to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial and Industrial sectors, with projects across the South. They undertake a variety of Flat, Metal and Tiled roofing projects and the successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring work schedules and commercial guidelines are followed.

  • Manage and lead schemes from inception to completion
