Job Title: Yard Operative

SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and merchant of roofing and exterior products.

We are currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative at our Roofing Waterlooville Branch to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with deliveries, unloading and loading of vehicles at the branch.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Be an asset to the day-to-day operations within the branch.

Requirements:

  • Experience in manual handling and good attention to detail.
  • Be a great team player with good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of safe working practices.
  • Hold a Forklift Licence (desirable).
