Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing and Industrial Cladding

Blaymires Recruitment Limited is representing a respected Roofing Contractor based near Portsmouth who is searching for a Contracts Manager with Flat Roofing or Industrial Cladding experience to join the business.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial and Industrial sectors, with projects across the South. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work schedules and commercial guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead schemes from inception to completion
  • Design and implementation of roofing projects
  • Handling financial reports and budgets
  • Ensuring Health and Safety protocols are in place
  • Client relations and communication
  • Managing Site managers and Supervisors
  • Programming and deliverables
Requirements
  • Flat Roofing or Sheet Cladding experience is essential
  • Understanding of roofing terminology, materials, and processes
  • Understanding of Health and Safety and RAMS
  • Current full drivers' licence
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Health & Safety Qualification - IOSH, SSSTS or similar advantageous
