Care Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

Salary: £30,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to residents, promoting their health, well-being, and independence. You will work closely with the management team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate residential care services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify residents' needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide high-quality care services that promote residents' health and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Health and Social Care or related field (Diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience in residential care or similar setting (min. 1 year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
