About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complaints Adjudicator to join our team at TDS. As a Complaints Adjudicator, you will play a crucial role in resolving disputes and complaints in a fair and impartial manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and disputes, gathering all relevant information and evidence.
  • Make informed decisions based on the evidence gathered, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and consistently.
  • Communicate decisions to all parties involved, providing clear explanations and justifications.
  • Represent TDS at industry events, conferences, and training sessions, promoting our services and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of new business streams, including mediation and conciliation services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in an adjudication role, preferably in a dispute resolution, complaints or regulatory environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, and Business Teams.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
