  • Collate and manage data for Pension Governance reports
  • Coordinate event logistics and support the Head of Division
  • Contribute to team CPD and manage file checking systems
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with prior experience in administrative support roles, who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Word and Excel with strong organizational skills
