Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our technical support team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our clients' software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert assistance to clients, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of software applications, identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of database systems, web technologies, and support tools to provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • ITIL Certification and experience in supporting and administering MS SQL Databases, C#.net applications.
  • Proven experience in application support, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
