In the role of Software Application Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the technical support division, tasked with ensuring the optimal performance of our client's software solutions. This position involves direct interaction with clients, necessitating exceptional communication abilities, a professional demeanor in both phone and email correspondence, and meticulous attention to detail when addressing and resolving client support inquiries.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- ITIL Certification along with experience in managing and supporting MS SQL databases and C# .NET applications.
- Demonstrated experience in application support, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical challenges.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficient in utilizing support tools, incident tracking systems, and knowledge management platforms to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with a variety of stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding support and surpassing client expectations.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and practices.
