Application Support Analyst - Trading Software Solutions Company

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Harrington Starr. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients within London and the EMEA region
  • Support clients with great technical knowledge and expertise
  • Work closely with the development team to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with an IT-related degree (Computer Science preferred)
  • Experience with Windows-based environments
  • Keen to work in an Application Support role
  • Financial based work experience is a benefit
  • Ability to commute to Surrey 2 days a week
