Application Support Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team at Harrington Starr. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' business applications. This role involves working with clients in London and the EMEA region, providing support and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with business applications
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain technical knowledge of business applications

Requirements:

* Recent graduate with an IT-related degree (Computer Science preferred)
* Experience with Windows-based environments
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to commute to Surrey 2 days a week
