About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Apprentice Assistant Manager to join our team at The Bell Hotel. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for covering duty manager shifts, supporting the management team in creating an inclusive culture, and leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Apprenticeship Details

The apprenticeship course will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in hospitality management. You will have access to online and face-to-face workshops, masterclasses, and webinars, as well as a coach assigned to you for 1-2-1 sessions and progress reviews. You will also have access to an online learning platform and portfolio system.

What We Need from You
  • The course length is approximately 12-18 months, including 3 months for End Point Assessment
  • You will have access to at least 6 hours per week to complete your off-the-job training (on and off-site)
  • You will need to attend training at the Hospitality Management Academy
Next Steps

Upon successful completion of this level 4 apprenticeship, you may progress into a senior managerial role within Shepherd Neame's managed estate. Your next steps would be to work towards becoming a General Manager, where we would discuss further development opportunities to further your career with Shepherd Neame.
