About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Workplace Experience team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving service standards across our workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Workplace Lead to provide seamless and effective delivery of customer-facing service lines, including meeting room and visitor management, Reception Desk, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Email Management, and Events.
  • Assist the Workplace Lead in driving the workplace forward by supporting additional day-to-day operational duties.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient response to all service requests.
  • Manage food consumables and stock levels.
  • Effectively deal with client requests and enquiries, exceeding expectations in all areas of operations.
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS, you will be responsible for ensuring all client site procedures and standards are met.
  • Coordinate all queries and helpdesk tickets from the customer, ensuring all actions are tracked, distributed, and closed off in a timely manner.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt to different working environments and manage time efficiently to drive a greater workplace.
  • Team player who supports collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer.
  • Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination.
  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience.
  • Ideal experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
