Nurse Consultant Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Consultant Specialist to join our Older People's Services team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to take on a leading role in developing and implementing innovative care practices.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent, as well as Non-Medical Prescribing qualifications. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practice.
- To lead the development of policy, guidelines, and pathways to ensure seamless access to care for older and frail patients.
- To provide expert guidance and support to staff members on complex cases.

- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
