Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our shopping centre, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for visitors, tenants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas within the shopping centre, including common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and public spaces.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and dusting and wiping down surfaces.
  • Empty and sanitize trash bins, replenish restroom supplies, and ensure waste is properly disposed of and recycling is correctly sorted.
  • Sweep and clean the parking lot and walkways around the shopping centre, and ensure entrances and exits are free of litter and debris.
Requirements:
  • A 'can-do' attitude and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge, with a desire to do a good job.
  • Good time-keeping skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
