Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our shopping centre, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for visitors, tenants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas within the contract, including common spaces, restrooms, parking lots, and walkways.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, operating safely and efficiently.
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and dusting and wiping down surfaces.
  • Empty and sanitize trash bins, replenish restroom supplies, and ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.
  • Respond promptly to spills and potential hazards, cleaning and reporting them immediately.
Requirements:
  • A 'can-do' attitude and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Good time-keeping skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge, with a desire to do a good job.
