Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our shopping centre, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for visitors, tenants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all areas within the contract are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Empty and sanitize trash bins, replace liners as needed, and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
  • Replenish restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including railings, benches, and furniture.
  • Respond promptly to spills and potential hazards, ensuring they are cleaned and reported immediately.
Requirements:
  • A 'Can do' attitude and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge, with a desire to do a good job.
  • Good time keeping skills and experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
