Exciting Opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager

We are expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic and determined Children's Home Registered Manager to join our Compass Children's Homes family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care and support to children in our homes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our designated Psychologist and community partners to provide therapeutic support and services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the highest standard of care and comfort for our children.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant position, such as a residential care manager or leader.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade in recent Ofsted inspections.
