Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Transport Team to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Manage all transport shift activities, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with drivers, understanding their needs and providing support when required.
  • Administer duties, including data entry and telephone communication, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proven customer service and administration experience, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Self-sufficient and able to prioritize workload, managing time effectively.
  • Able to work as part of a collaborative team, communicating effectively with colleagues and drivers.
  • Available to start immediately, with a flexible approach to working hours.
The Role:
  • Night Shift: Working 7pm - 7am on a varied shift pattern.
  • Weekend work is required, with every other weekend off.

Competitive hourly rate: £14.30 per hour, paid weekly.
