Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator - Matchroom Multi Sport. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our events team, ensuring the smooth operation of our events and the satisfaction of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate player entry packs and distribute them to all Matchroom Multi Sport events
  • Act as the main point of contact for all participants/athletes in the events
  • Manage player contracts alongside the legal team
  • Liaise with players to support their tournament and playing requirements
  • Distribute player patches to individuals and third-party promoters
  • Coordinate player visa letter requests
  • Liaise with the accounting team for player payments and refunds
  • Create and manage player entry spreadsheets
  • Support event operations and player logistics onsite at events

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
