Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Policy Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout the policy renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain policy renewal options and quotes to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
