Key Responsibilities:
  • Following up on all customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with all aspects of venue marketing, including social media strategies and marketing plans
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new key corporates, agents, and platforms within the industry
  • Sales administration and ensuring accurate records are kept

  • Has excellent knowledge of venue capabilities, capacities, unique selling points, and pricing
