Key Responsibilities:- Following up on all customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with all aspects of venue marketing, including social media strategies and marketing plans
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new key corporates, agents, and platforms within the industry
- Sales administration and ensuring accurate records are kept

- Has excellent knowledge of venue capabilities, capacities, unique selling points, and pricing
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
