**Job Title**:Trainee Lettings Negotiator

**Salary**: OTE: £35,000.00 per annum (Year 1)
**Hours**:Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Please note, that you will receive a day off in lieu during the week for working Saturday.

**Job Summary and Key Responsibilities**:
Full training will be provided through our in-house training Academy and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning a competitive salary package with uncapped commission.
**Duties will include**:
- Qualifying potential clients, identifying their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
- Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
- Negotiating offers and liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers through to sales conclusion.
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to all clients.
- Providing referred leads to Start Financial Services and other related divisions.
