As we expand our reach, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Sports Coaching Entrepreneurial Apprenticeship program.

**Role Overview**:
The Sports Coaching Entrepreneurial Apprenticeship at SportyMinis offers a unique opportunity for aspiring sports coaches and entrepreneurs to gain hands-on experience in both coaching young athletes and managing a sports coaching business. This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the sports industry, combining practical coaching experience with business management and sales & marketing training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and dynamic sports coaching sessions to children in early years settings, following SportyMinis' curriculum and coaching philosophy.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions led by experienced sports coaches and business managers.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of a SportyMinis regional location, gaining insight into effective business strategies and practices.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from established professionals in sports coaching and business management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Passionate about sports and working with children.
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and business management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous coaching experience required, especially with the early years age range.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.

**Duration and Commitment**:

- This apprenticeship program is designed to last 12 months with a commitment of an initial commitment of 10-15 hours, progressing to a 30-35 hrs role within 3-6 months.
