About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and quality standards.
  • Cook on a large scale, ensuring efficient and timely meal preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in hands-on cooking, training on food hygiene and health and safety is required.
  • Expertise in cooking on a large scale, with the ability to prepare meals for up to 1300 students.
  • Experience following recipes and working with fresh produce and ingredients.
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
